Synopsis
Be a part of this heartwarming tale of hope, determination, and finding family in the most unexpected places. Annie is a classic musical based on the Little Orphan Annie comic strip, telling the story of a young orphan who finds a new home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks. Created by Charles Strouse, Martin Charnin, and Thomas Meehan, the show is set in 1930s New York City during the Great Depression and features iconic songs like "Tomorrow". The plot involves Annie's optimistic search for her parents, while the cruel orphanage matron, Miss Hannigan, and her brother hatch a scheme to deceive Warbucks for a reward.
