In Mast's adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's Mowgli stories, the tiger, Sherakhan, has killed Mowgli's parents and claims the human child as his own, but Bagheera, the lone panther, rescues Mowgli from Sherakhan. The panther then gives Mowgli to a pack of wolves in order to protect him. The human child grows up in the "jungle" raised by wolves under the guidance of Baloo the bear. Mowgli is wild and unconcerned, believing he is a wolf, but Sherakhan works long and hard to poison the wolf pack against Mowgli. Eventually Mowgli finds a "man thing" and has to choose whether or not he wants to continue to follow the "Law of the Jungle".

I have 1 dog, 3 rabbits, 3 gerbils, 5 lizerds, and I’m looking for my pet snake who is loose in the house. I also like climbind, skiing teniss, sailing, boating, kyacking, and camping. When I’m indoors besides haneing out with my pets, I like to paint, bead, read, work with clay, and play games.
