GET A CLUE – Totally!!


The Little Traverse Theatre proudly presents  Retro CLUE the 80’s version on August 1st-4th and  8nd-thth at the Ross Stoakes Theater in Petoskey.   A free preview show for students will be performed at 8:00 pm on Tuesday evening, August 6th.

Clue is based on the 1985 movie which is based on the board game of the same name.  This ‘bodacious’comedic murder mystery farce is set in a Gothic Revival mansion in New England, the spring of 1984.  The traditional game characters are summoned to the mansion via a party invitation from a mysterious ‘Friend’, where a butler, Wadsworth, explains the reason for this peculiar meeting.  ‘Gnarly’ murder and mayhem ensue, the plot thickens and twists.

Although the audience will know where the murders are committed and with which weapon, one question will remain:  Will you be able to stop laughing long enough to figure out whodunit?

Clue is directed by Aleta Watton and the cast is comprised of Ben Frisby as Wadsworth, Linnea Ulrich as Yvette, Christopher Heinz as Colonel Mustard, Cassandra Phillips as Mrs. White, Susan Brown as Mrs. Peacock, Isaak Eby as Mr. Green, Aleece Balchik as Miss Scarlet, Joshua Watton as Professor Plum. The cast also includes Amy Battice, Nikki Devitt, Robin Ellis,  Amber Gettel, Isabella Kellogg, Justin Lewis, LeaAnne Montel,  Paul Moore,  Daniel Shumway, Dawn Uhlrich,  Tracy Uhlrich, Larry Willis, Jeff Watton, Joel Watton.

Performances will take place at the Ross Stoakes Theater inside the Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey; at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Aug. 1st – 3rd and a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Aug. 4th; with the final performances at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Aug 8th – Aug10th.   All tickets are all general admission.
This is an adult themed show and may not be suitable for some children.
